Resilience is a personally curated collection of operatic works exploring the collective experience of trauma, uncertainty, and transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Created by mezzo-soprano Maureen Mihalik on behalf of the UCLA ArtSci Center for the Ars Technica Festival, the film traces the emotional journey of the pandemic. Through the expressive power of the human voice, Resilience offers a space for reflection, solace, and healing, illuminating opera's capacity to give voice to shared human experiences.
